At Growplay Monkey Bars, we take pride in ensuring our products are of the highest quality and durability. That's why we confidently offer a 2-year warranty on all Growplay Monkey Bars frames in the United States, highlighting our commitment to your family's fun and safety.

Warranty Overview

  1. 2-Year Frame Warranty: Applicable for all purchases made after 01/05/2024
  2. 1-Year Accessories and Powder-Coating Warranty: All included accessories, additional add-ons and the protective frame coating.
  3. Promotional Items: Any complimentary items received through promotions have a separate 3-month warranty.

What's Covered

Our warranty serves as a promise that your Growplay products are free from defects, faults or failures as a result of the manufacturing process, and will perform as expected under normal domestic, recreational use. 

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including rusting of steel components and UV deterioration.
  • Damage from weather conditions (we recommend seeking coverage through your home insurance for such instances).
  • Issues arising from incorrect assembly (not following the Growplay instructions).
  • Issues arising from installation by a third-party assembly service.
  • Deterioration due to neglect in care or maintenance.
  • Damage from misuse, custom modifications, or use beyond intended recreational purposes. They are not intended for use as professional gymnastics or other sports, etc.
  • Use of non-Growplay components or accessories.
  • Proximity damage - where the Growplay product is assembled within 1.6km of a salt water environment or where it is subject to ocean spray.
  • Commercial usage of any kind.
  • Personal injuries or losses from any exclusions mentioned above.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. The warranty benefits are only applicable to original purchasers and are non-transferable.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you encounter an issue with your product, here’s how to proceed with a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via live chat, contact form or email [email protected]. Please be ready to provide proof of purchase and a detailed account of the issue, including photos if possible.
  2. Assessment: We’ll assess your claim to determine if it falls under our warranty coverage. This process may require additional information or documentation from your side.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we’ll provide replacement parts for defective or faulty components at no charge. Please note, refunds are not issued as part of our warranty policy.
